Experian, Equifax, Trans Union 3 in 1 Credit Report - Now
Instantly Online
Tri-merge credit reports for consumers can now be ordered and
viewed online in a minute or less. Up until recently, only
mail delivery was permitted.
A 3 in 1 merged credit report presents the most comprehensive
view of an individual's credit because it combines and compares the
files of the three nationwide credit reporting agencies. The
Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union do not share their credit files
with each other, so it is beneficial to see all three, and to be
aware of where they differ.

Free Credit Report for Credit Watching Consumers
Individuals can now get online access to their credit file with
membership in the personal credit monitoring service at 101
Credit Report. For the first 30 days, a trial membership is
free. Participants opting to not continue the year-round service
will pay nothing.
Credit monitoring helps protect credit because it alerts the
consumer to potential fraud and identity theft activity,
unauthorized inquiries, and new derogatory information. With the
capability to view one's own credit report online, as often as
requested, the consumer now has up to the minute information, and
the best chance of reacting to events quickly, before more harm is
done.
The
credit monitoring 30-day trial, with free credit report, can be
ordered here.
DMV Links Simplify "Opting Out"
Identification theft and privacy are becoming bigger concerns, so
101 Credit Report has added links to the Department of Motor
Vehicles sites for each state, with phones and addresses for
the states not having DMV websites. A new federal law,
the Drivers Protection Act, gives new privacy rights, but consumers
may find it necessary to request opting-out of DMV distribution of
personal information for other uses, including direct marketing.
Links to this and other personal credit forms, tables, and guides
have been added to 101 Credit Report.
